Commissions

When affiliate tracking credentials are configured and you click “Buy at Retailer” then purchase, ISTLIX may earn a commission from the retailer or affiliate network. This does not increase the price you pay.

When tracking is not configured

Until approved credentials and links are configured, deal buttons show Demo — tracking not configured. Those actions must not be presented as live affiliate tracking or earning commissions.

Ranking integrity

Smart Choice and True Cost rankings are designed to exclude affiliate commission rates from scoring. Higher commissions must not reorder recommendations.

Demo vs live data

Where retailer feed credentials are unavailable, offers are labeled demonstration data and must not be presented as live prices, inventory, or commissions. We do not invent unauthorized prices.

FTC / similar rules

Material connection disclosures are shown on comparison surfaces. Counsel should confirm wording for each market before public launch.
